Being unable to ride is definitely frustrating to say the least!
Where did it all start? Why did it have to happen this year…this year when we had planned for the grand K2K ride?
Let alone rides, we are not even able to take the bike out for a spin of about 100 km. All we can do is switch the bike on, let it idle for some time. Take it out for a couple of hundred meter ride and return back home.
Districts after districts are being closed. How do we even plan for a ride in this scenario? Each district follows their own rule of keeping the public safe. I do not when the next ride will be and for how many days.
Stress busters?
Majority of IT, i believe, are working from home. It should have taken a toll – either physically or mentally or both. Besides a four legged friend – dogs, going on rides is the best stress buster. Being unable to ride is only adding more stress.

Realisation
Personally, this virus and lockdown(s) has made me realise that we need not necessarily order food and drinks from restaurant. Till the lockdown began in March 2020, I used to order many things using Swiggy – right from very early morning breakfast and late night munchies and milkshakes. Now, we have started preparing “exotic” dishes at home!
Have to agree though, COVID19 has taught us all a valuable lesson – how to survive with bare minimum money and essentials!
COVID Party
If not the whole world, majority of people are trying to stay active and safe. While that is happening on one side, few “genius” minds are trying to see if the virus is real. Seems they have been hosting parties. Parties to see if the virus is real and who gets affected by it first? This is happening in the claimed best country in the world – USA. Recently, a 30 year old man died from attending one such party!
Where is this world heading to? ONLY TIME WILL TELL.
